Term & Condition

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

 

We will provide you with an estimated date for delivery of all parcels. While we make every effort to deliver by this time, all dates specified are estimates only. We have aligned ourselves with courier partners who we believe will always do their best to deliver products by the estimated delivery date.

 

All ‘Free delivery’ items are only applicable to Malaysia only. There is a shipping charge applied even though the items are marked as “free delivery” when the purchase is from out of Malaysia.

 

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform mmkglo.com.my if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge enquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.

 

Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not ship a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be delivered according to our discretion.

 

As a guide only, our couriers attempt to deliver to business addresses between 9am and 5pm, and to home addresses up until 6pm. Unfortunately, we are unable give a guaranteed time of delivery.

 

Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from a late delivery.

Local Transport
A minimum fees of Rm25.00 will be charged for ALL delivery not according to the MOQ. (Klang Valley ONLY)


Cancellation of Orders
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations your right to cancel an order starts the moment you place it and ends 14 Days after your goods are delivered to you, your nominated neighbors or your dedicated safe place. You should be given the ability to cancel your order at the point of sale.


Return & Refund Policy
After delivery, it is understood that the goods delivered have been examined by the customers at the time of delivery in good order and conditions. Clients must notify MMKglo if the delivered products are not according to their requirements and specification or are defective within 3 working days after receiving the order. A charge back is not an option; however, a free reprint of the order is provided by the MMKglo depending on terms and conditions. Full order must be shipped back within 7 working days by the client at their own cost along with proper documents or product’s defects and digital photographs so that the order can be reprinted correctly. Should the error proven is not caused by MMKglo but clients still want a refund, they will have to send back the printed job to MMKglo. A chargeback will be provided after deducting the product’s setup and shipping cost by MMKglo.
